Anthony Andrew Gallagher, 23, is said to have driven off after being denied his food because he didn't have any money to pay for it. But he returned again a while later to make a second order - to pay for it with drugs. Police in Port St. Lucie say they were told about Gallagher's alleged offer of marijuana in the early hours of Sunday morning.
